The challenge was to create an NYC Department of Health compliant kitchen in the cellar of a pre-war building.
ZDR managed a full gut restoration of an existing cellar to the first floor of Healthy Frenchy’s. The project allowed for on-site preparation, refrigeration, and storage which allowed Healthy Frenchy’s to expand their operations.
